  • This is how the user's name will be displayed. Best option is FirstName LastName.
  • Enter the user's email address here. It must be exactly the same as found below in the email field.
  • The typical Client Comms user will be assigned to the Client Comms User Role. At some future date we may create a new Client Comms role such as a Client Comms Administrator which might allow a client to add and delete users.

  • This field must match the username field above.
  • This is our client's name and must be input in this format. This MUST be consistent across all clients and all users. "Client Name"- ###-## Use the client name as found in Job Order but without the quotation marks. Then a space, a dash, and another space followed by the client ID as found in Job Order.
  • Minimum length of 8 characters.
